2. All appointments must be canceled 24 hours of appointment time to avoid a 50%(of your balance) service fee ( you can cancel your own appointment by going to your scheduled email).

3. We will call 24 hours before the day of your appointment to confirm your attendance. Do to your call if you agree to attend to your appointment and DO NOT ATTEND we will charge your card the 50% service fee , If we cant charge your card you will no longer be able to schedule. 4. If you are 15 min late then it’s a $20 late fee charge! After 20 min your appointment is canceled and If there’s no other appointments available same day then I will charge your card 50% of your service.

5. No kids or extra people if they are not getting serviced. This is a spa a place to relax and unwind.

7. Please SELECT ALL SERVICES THAT YOU WANT WHEN BOOKING (if you are getting additional services (ear candling, wax, treatment masque, extractions, etc.). Please make sure you select that add on so that we can ensure that appointment times will not clash.
