Attention: When placing your order please be mindful of your shipping address. For ex. if you stay in an apartment please provide the apartment number. This will ensure you receive your package. If a package is returned to us it will be your responsibility to provide another $8 for shipping so that your package can be sent to you successfully. Once your packages are received by USPS and you receive your tracking number in the email you provided you are able to track your package using their tracking service. In the event that your package becomes lost please reach out directly to USPS for inquiries and further steps on how to submit a claim through them for your package. Thank you for your support
